Achievements of BNCC
Leadership & Discipline – BNCC Experience
As a former Cadet Under Officer (CUO) of Bangladesh National Cadet Corps (BNCC), I developed strong leadership, discipline, and teamwork skills. Participating in national programs and ceremonial events strengthened my ability to perform under pressure and lead with responsibility. Here are some of the training and events I have completed.
Awards
Promoted to CUO
I joined Bangladesh National Cadet Corps on July 2017 as an Army Wing Cadet & Then retired as Cadet Sergeant and then rejoined in 2021 and promoted Cadet Under Officer (CUO in 2024)
Best Shooter
In the Wing Camping of 2024 I grouped 3.5 inches with 7.62 Semi-Autometic Rifle and was awarded the Best Shooter of Neval Wing BNCC
Traffic Management
After the Student Mass Uprising of 2024 I was the commanding sergeant of the Cadets who managed the traffic of Mirpur-1 to Mirpur-10.
Seminar
Successfully completed the Seminar on Grey Zone Activities and Challenges for Bangladesh organized by the Training Directorate, Armed Forces Division, Prime Minister’s Office
Best Cadet
I have successfully completed the Wing Camping 2025 of BNCC Naval Wing as the Cadet Adjudent and Parade Commader. Last I was awarded the Best Caded Award of the Wing Camping 2025.
DG Incentive
In the Central Camping of 2024, I was awarded the Director General Incentive and the successful completion certificate of the camp.
Annual Sports DCC-Officer Guard (OG)
In the Annual Sports 2024 of Dhaka Commerce College (DCC) I was the second parade commander (OG).
National Mourning Day 2024
In the National Mourning Day 2024 I was one of the wrethling members who paid respect on behalf of the Director General of BNCC and the Ministry of Defence of Bangladesh
